About the Role
Essity North America is currently searching for a Rebates Analyst. The ideal candidate will be based in Philadelphia, PA.
This individual candidate will provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department for more complex activities and enquiries. In addition, conduct timely analysis and assist in visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance. Identify and visualize weak points and potential to improve efficiency to sales management

What You Will Do
- Assure timely processing of rebates from validation of sales data and rebate submission through reconciliation and final payment from the distributor
- Ensure customer alignment with tracings records as appropriate
- Work with Distributors, Field Sales, and Revenue Management to measure performance of contracts
- Assure all appropriate policies, processes and audit controls are in place and enforced with internal and external parties
- Provide backup support to other functional areas in department, as needed
- Perform other projects and essential responsibilities as deemed necessary
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required. Preferably in Finance, Business or Marketing
- At least 3 years of analytical and accounting experience
- Experience with off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures, programs analysis, or related fields strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to Travel up to 10% domestically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in SAP
