Essex Meadows is recruiting for a Maintenance Technicians - join our team! This is full time Monday to Friday 8 : 15 am to 4 : 45pm.
Duties include the following :
- Maintain residential painting scheduled.
- Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas.
- Perform drywall repairs as needed.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work.
- Perform record keeping tasks associated with work orders.
- Perform general labor under supervisor's request.
- Being available for emergency situations.
- Perform snow removal duties when necessary.
- Assist Lead Mechanic and P.M. Mechanic as needed.
- Keep repair parts inventory up to date.
Here is a qualification we need you to have :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one-three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of the above.
- Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills necessary.
Salary : $18.50 / hr.
