- 3-11 PM within Skilled Nursing; A 32‑hour per week position with every other Monday and Friday off - giving you a 4‑day weekend every other week! This position also includes a $3 shift differential
- Per diem within Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Resident Health Services

- Benefits available to part-time and per diem employees depending on number of hours worked.
- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
- Administers direct care as necessary.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients.
- Make rounds to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
- Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.
- Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all care rendered.
- Responds to resident emergency call system.
- Encourages restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Assures proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies.
- Shares on-call duties with designated staff.
- Valid state, multi-state or compact RN license in good standing. Must have current CPR certification.
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields, at least 6 months of nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
