Maintenance Technician – Property Management

Overview
Our multi‑site property management company is seeking skilled, dependable, and detail‑oriented Maintenance Technicians to support the ongoing care and upkeep of our residential condominium portfolio. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong technical ability, and a commitment to high‑quality service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, drywall/framing, minor electrical and lighting work, light plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas and complete general property upkeep as assigned.
• Accurately document daily work orders and maintain clear, detailed records.
• Manage project lists and provide timely status updates to Management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency calls from unit owners.
• Foster positive, respectful working relationships with clients and property owners.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Professional appearance and a positive, service‑focused attitude.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
