Responsibilities
- All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by anticipating, recognizing, and reporting potential hazards, attending required safety training, and adhering to safety protocols.
- All safety rules. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
- Work successfully in a self-directed team environment.
- Able to stand and work for 8-hour shift.
- Follow a set of instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Operates packaging equipment
- Makes adjustments and loads materials
- Packages products, handle parts, and perform rewinds
- Knowledge of basic tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Continual standing, pushing, pulling, bending & lifting.
- Constant lifting of 15 to 30 pounds
- Frequent lifting of 30 to 40 pounds
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
