skills And Abilities Required
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate performance and optimize costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
- Support long-range planning and scenario analysis
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
- Assist with board presentations, investor reporting, and executive communications
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
