$2,000 Hiring and Retention Bonus

$500 with first paycheck, $500 at 45 days and $1000 at 90 Days. Must be actively employed with Essentra at the time the bonus is paid.

1st Shift Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2 PM - 10:30 PM *

3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10 PM - 6:30 AM*

  $2 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

This role is responsible for maximizing daily workload and keeping machines running efficiently and productively by monitoring the productivity rate and reject rate.

• Remove and install molds according to production requirements.
• Maintain records to ensure high-quality production.
• Follow SOPs, Processes, and training instructions in starting and cycling press.
• Participate in identifying safety and production improvements.
• Assist in the sampling of jobs and perform first piece inspection.
• Perform in-process attribute/functional gauging (where required).
• Perform in-process SPC monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Ability to work overtime as needed based on the needs of the business.
