As a Dip Mold Operator, you will operate production equipment, monitor the manufacturing process, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet our high standards. What You'll Do
- Safely operate dip molding equipment and related production machinery.
- Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Load and unload finished products.
- Monitor equipment and the production process to ensure products meet specifications.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products.
- Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify product quality.
- Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming material.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain production, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance to address production concerns.
- Participate in training and learn new processes and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

- Have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred, but not required).
- Can read and follow written instructions.

- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently use hands and fingers to operate equipment and handle materials.
- Bend, reach, stoop, and maneuver around equipment.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
- Perform repetitive movements associated with production.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to machinery, noise, temperature variations, and manufacturing materials. Required PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
