About the Role
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our growing, family-focused chiropractic office. You’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping our office run smoothly.
Training is provided—no chiropractic experience required!
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
- Starting Pay: $19–$21/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with every interaction
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule appointments in alignment with doctors’ care plans
- Maintain smooth patient flow by coordinating rooming and transitions
- Support community outreach and marketing events (some evenings/weekends)
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks efficiently
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members
- Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks
- Educate and promote healthy lifestyle habits and chiropractic care (training provided)
