Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in/check-out process
- Handle phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests in multiple languages if applicable
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Knowledge of resort operations or hotel experience will help you excel in this role
- Experience in night audit procedures or guest relations roles is advantageous but not mandatory
