Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
Job Duties
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
- Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
- Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
- Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Minimum 6–12 months of apartment leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
- Availability to work weekends as needed
