Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of apartment community grounds within set time frames.
- Perform routine tasks such as pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general upkeep.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and staff.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly.
- Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Track and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, porter work, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
