Front Desk & Spa Coordinator

We’re a small, skincare focused spa in Sylvania, known for thoughtful treatments, genuine client care, and a calm, grounded atmosphere. We’re currently looking for a Front Desk & Spa Coordinator who loves people, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in keeping a beautiful space running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, organization, and being part of a growing spa
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out
- Answering phones, texts, and booking appointments
- Supporting client experience, rebooking, and review requests
- Handling client questions or concerns calmly and professionally
- Filming simple Instagram content (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes moments)
- Supporting content creation and social media organization
- Opening and closing the spa
- Assisting with inventory tracking and restocking
- Daily spa upkeep including:
- Folding laundry
- Stocking treatment rooms
- Wiping surfaces and maintaining cleanliness
- Saturday closing duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Calm, professional demeanor in a busy environment
- Comfortable using social media and filming short videos
- Willingness to clean and maintain spa standards daily
- Interest in skincare or the spa industry (preferred, not required)
- Saturday availability is required
