Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and callers in a professional manner at the front desk, directing calls appropriately and handling inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records in EHR, EMR.
- Assisting HR with applications.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an Home Health or Medical office administrative role or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Must have Level II Background.
