🎓 Eligibility: College graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Entrepreneurship
🌟 What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis through interacting with SEO vendor.
- Support business development campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Create and manage a social media calendar.
- Email campaigns through Salesforce/Mailchimp.
- Create and track social media marketing for all Divisions. (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Identify and qualify leads using SEO tools, CRM, intuition, and hustle
- Update and assign Salesforce leads to outside sales. Provide additional research where needed.
- Using Seamless.ai to identify target companies.
- Research contacts and find common interests.
- Compose emails/posts to target these companies.
- Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions to boost visibility and engagement.
- Prepare monthly Marketing report to detail marketing activities of the previous month and plans moving forward.
💡 Experience
· Degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or Communications.
· Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
· Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
· Experience using marketing platforms (Mailchimp/Canva).
· Exposure to SEO, lead generation, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and (ideally) Salesforce.
· Social Media experience with content background.
⚙️Technical Skills
· Strong written communication and content creation skills.
· Ability to create professional social media posts and marketing emails.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Ability to research companies, contacts, and industries online.
· Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
· Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.
