- Facilitate onboarding, track progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support, including correspondence and file management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist employees, candidates, and clients with inquiries
- Host video interviews and join team calls
- Support HR and administrative teams with additional tasks as needed
- Arizona resident
- High school diploma or GED required
- Related experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/home setting
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in written communication and basic office platforms
