CNC ROUTER OPERATOR / CARPENTER (1 YEARS EXPERIENCE)$32-$40/HR | ANACORTES / LA CONNER, WA

- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC router equipment for carpentry and fabrication projects
- Cut and machine plywood, composite panels, cabinetry components, trim, and related materials
- Assist with custom carpentry, cabinetry, and interior construction projects
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut files, measurements, and specifications
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and material handling
- Use power tools and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are completed within estimated labor times
- Troubleshoot production and fabrication issues as they arise
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with the production and yard teams to complete projects efficiently
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in carpentry, cabinet making, CNC routing, woodworking, or related trades required
- Experience operating CNC routers or similar woodworking machinery preferred
- Strong understanding of woodworking tools, materials, and fabrication techniques
- Experience with cabinetry, finish carpentry, or custom fabrication preferred
- Ability to read measurements, shop drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, software systems, and mobile applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist with various shop and production projects as needed
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Compensation
- $32.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
