Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Behavioral Health Technician role located in Portland, OR. The Behavioral Health Technician will support clients in their homes and community settings by implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of licensed or credentialed professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing client behaviors, collecting and recording behavioral data, and using approved behavioral intervention strategies to promote safety, skill development, and independence. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for implementing and tracking behavior support plans.

- Candidates should possess skills in Behavioral Intervention and a foundational understanding of Psychology to support individuals with diverse behavioral health needs.
- Experience working in behavioral health, in-home care, or related human services settings is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in psychology, behavioral health, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to maintain clear documentation, follow treatment plans, and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Capacity to work safely in client homes, manage stressful situations calmly, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to client locations within the Portland Metro area and ability to meet any background check or health clearance requirements.
