This role requires a true "hunter" mentality - someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, cold outreach, relationship building, and closing deals. You'll spend 75% of your time on outbound prospecting and relationship development, with the remaining 25% on strategy, analysis, and partnership management.Revenue Impact: Drive new channel revenue within the first 18 months through strategic partnerships across diverse channels including spas, dental offices, compound pharmacies, janitorial services, mass retail, college campuses, military, and hotels.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Identification & Market AnalysisIdentify and qualify high-potential sales channels quarterly, focusing on opportunities with annual revenue potentialConduct in-depth market analysis to evaluate channel viability, including market size, growth trajectories, competitive landscape, and key trendsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of potential distributors and prime retailers that align with our B-Corp values and strategic goalsDrive strategic growth in B2B and wholesale channels by identifying, prospecting, and securing new partnerships with regional and national retailersOwn the complete wholesale sales cycle from initial outreach through maintaining and expanding relationshipsTrack and report on market intelligence, emerging opportunities, and sales, or related role, preferably within the natural products or CPG industryDemonstrated track record of opening new sales channels and achieving/exceeding revenue targetsStrong prospecting skills with the ability to identify, engage, and convert cold leads into strategic partnershipsExceptional research, analytical, and strategic planning capabilitiesOutstanding negotiation skills with experience closing 6-7 figure partnership dealsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsSuperior
