House Cleaning Technician
Essential Maids DMV LLC – Mount Rainier, MD
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | No nights or weekends
Essential Maids is a local residential cleaning company serving Prince George’s County, Washington, D.C., and nearby communities. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in providing excellent service.
Compensation and Benefits
- $22/hour during paid training
- $25–$28 hourly commission after training, based on weekly performance level
- Potential to earn up to $1,120 per week
- 100% of customer tips
- Weekly direct deposit
- Uniform, supplies, and equipment provided
Responsibilities
- Perform recurring, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Follow company checklists and instructions for each home
- Complete assignments efficiently while maintaining quality
- Safely use and maintain cleaning products and equipment
- Respect clients’ homes, privacy, and belongings
- Record services through the company app
Requirements
- Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Able to lift 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training.
