The Opportunity

ECMS is hiring a Controller to lead and elevate the company’s accounting and financial operations as it continues to scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for strengthening financial systems, driving reporting clarity, overseeing multi-state compliance, and delivering forward-looking financial insight to executive leadership.

What You’ll Own

• Monthly close and financial reporting
• Cash flow forecasting and proactive financial planning
• Multi-state compliance and risk oversight
• Process improvement and internal controls
• Maximizing ERP (Acumatica preferred) capabilities
• Leadership and development of accounting/compliance functions

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Construction accounting strongly preferred (or similar project-based environment)
• Experience in multi-state, high-volume operations
• ERP experience required; Acumatica a major plus
• Builder mindset: structured, disciplined, detail-oriented
• Humble, hungry, team-first leader with strong financial judgment
