Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile invoices and tenant accounts
- Entering budgets, working with excel spreadsheets
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Support general office administration
Required Skills
- Previous experience in receptionist and accounting roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Nice to have skills
- Previous property management experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with Rent Manager software
