Site Supervisor
Hours: M-F
Starting pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 1:00PM to 9:30PM
Are you a polished professional with an eye for detail and a drive to exceed expectations? Do you take pride in maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming spaces? ESS Clean, Inc., a leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations with professionalism and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure spotless results by performing regular inspections and hands-on cleaning which does include regularly buffing floors, cleaning carpets and running autoscrubber.
- Supervise and support a dedicated cleaning team with respect and consistency
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Maintain supply closets and equipment organization
- Communicate clearly with the Area Manager, customer contact, and your team
- Step in to clean when needed—leading by example
- Maintain a culture of safety and accountability at the worksite
Who You Are:

- Experienced in cleaning services and ready to step up to a supervisory role
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently and reliably during evening hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in custodial supervision or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of safety protocols, MSDS, and cleaning standards
