Job Skills / Requirements
ESS Clean is hiring a reliable Custodian to join our team in Arcola. These positions offer a consistent weekday evening schedule and are ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active, and prefer working independently.
Schedule: Multiple starting after 5:30pm
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces
- Clean restrooms and break rooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and restock supplies
- Lock up and ensure building security
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals
- A strong sense of pride in maintaining cleanliness
- Previous cleaning or sanitation experience is a plus, but not required
