Skilled Carpenter / Carpenter Apprentice

Esposito Construction is hiring a full-time Carpenter to work on high-end residential and commercial projects in the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area.

We are seeking both highly skilled carpenters and motivated individuals who want to learn the trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry
• Install doors, trim, framing, cabinetry, and other building materials
• Read measurements, plans, and job instructions
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades

Qualifications

Experienced carpenters should have:

• Strong carpentry and construction skills
• Experience with custom homes, renovations, or commercial projects
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Entry-level candidates should have:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance
• Mechanical ability or hands-on experience
• Reliable transportation

Pay

$20–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Higher rates may be available for highly skilled finish or custom-home carpenters.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime
