- Pay: Flexible, experience based $20-35 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating day-to-day crew activities on underground utility and heavy civil projects
- Perform and supervise excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations around existing utilities safely
- Install, assemble, and connect piping systems, including water, sewer, and storm infrastructure
- Conduct wet taps, tie-ins, and other connections to existing systems according to project specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment operators to ensure materials and machinery are on-site when needed
- Monitor and maintain proper shoring, trench safety, and site safety practices at all times
- Provide input for daily reports, including progress, material usage, and safety observations
- Communicate any potential delays or issues affecting the project timeline to management promptl
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in team setting
- Able to effectively communicate in English both written & spoken
- Physically capable to work on your feet and lift/move material productively
- Must have a good pair of work boots
- OSHA 10 and/or 30 Preferred
