Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role (East Coast preferred) for a Sales Director. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role, focused on driving new business growth and expanding strategic accounts.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving business development initiatives to identify and close new opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and ensure consistent delivery of value to clients.
- Candidates with an existing network (rolodex) of enterprise relationships and the ability to open doors quickly will be strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong individual contributor mindset with the ability to independently drive deals end-to-end
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and account growth
- Experience selling offshore IT services / global delivery models preferred
- Existing enterprise network / rolodex in target industries is highly preferred
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Experience aligning sales efforts with broader business goals
- Familiarity with digital transformation, digital engineering, data, or AI-led services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
