Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Administrator located in San Antonio, TX. The Real Estate Administrator will support retail property operations by providing administrative assistance, managing property records, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and clients. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, reporting, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation related to property management activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience or understanding of Real Estate or Property Management
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced envirnoment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
