Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial real estate opportunities, managing transactions, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing and reviewing contracts, and providing expert advice on investment strategies. The agent will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful track record. Please note this is a commission only role with the ability to scale.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals
- Proven track record in Real Estate transactions and market analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, preferred
- Experience in Real estate sales, leasing or property management and/or debt & equity placement is a plus
