Role Description
The Clinic Director oversees the daily operations of Española Humane’s Animal Clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff management, and client service. This role involves managing clinic staff, budgeting, implementing clinic policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring a positive client experience. The director works closely with veterinarians, technicians, and administrative teams to promote a compassionate and efficient clinic environment for animals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
