Brief Description

At ESP Global Services, we keep the world's airports and airlines moving. Our teams deliver IT infrastructure, end-user, and operational support services across 25 countries — and we're now seeking a Pricing & Commercial Solutions Lead to help drive the next phase of growth across our aviation portfolio.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement. You'll own the design and delivery of complex, multi-service pricing models for new business opportunities, ensuring our solutions remain both competitive and sustainably profitable.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation of commercial and pricing models for aviation bids — balancing margin, risk, and value.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Service Delivery to develop commercially robust proposals aligned to client and business objectives.
  • Provide full P&L analysis, scenario modelling, and commercial insight to inform bid reviews and executive decisions.
  • Represent ESP in commercial discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Maintain and evolve standard pricing models, ensuring governance, accuracy, and profitability across all new business activity.
  • Benchmark our offerings against market data to ensure ESP remains competitively positioned.
  • Support continuous improvement of the commercial process and provide insight to leadership on trends, risks, and pipeline performance.

Requirements

What you'll bring

  • 3 years' experience developing pricing and commercial solutions across multiple IT service streams (ideally within aviation or managed services).
  • Understanding of airport and airline operations - from passenger processing systems (CUTE, CUSS, SSBD, BRS) to corporate and EUC support environments.
  • Proven experience working with or competing against global service providers (e.g., SITA, Amadeus, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, Infosys).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insight.
  • Strong business acumen, risk awareness, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on commercial strategy.
