Channel Partner Manager for B2B Sales

Job Title: Channel Partner Manager (B2B Sales)

Location: Remote (anywhere in India)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role: Altius Investech is seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager to expand our B2B sales network across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, acting as a bridge between local markets and our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across various regions in India
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the channel partner network
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on Altius Investech's products and services
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports to management
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets through the partner network
  • Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by channel partners
  • Organize and participate in partner events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop partner-specific marketing materials and campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel as needed (post-pandemic)
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the unlisted or pre-IPO shares market
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and partner management tools
  • MBA or equivalent business degree
