As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in the team’s success by managing the store’s sales, marketing strategies, and execution of those strategies. You will also help drive performance in the following areas: telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth and customer care programs, as well as store merchandising. Job Duties

Managing the overall sales function of the store – Inside & Outside Sales

  • Marketing and selling merchandise to customers
  • Establishing and achieving weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Generating new B2B "business to business" opportunities by developing and implementing community marketing strategies
  • Confirm customer identification, collecting money and obtaining customers’ signature on lease agreements
  • Reviewing and closing lease agreements as directed by the General Manager
  • Providing Customer Care and resolutions to issues as they arise
  • Ensuring execution of Aaron’s Customer Service best practices
  • Promptly resolving customer opportunities/concerns
  • Assist in Product Staging, Warehouse Maintenance and Quality Assurance Center
  • Ensuring showroom floor is merchandised

Additional Duties

  • Perform routine service calls and product exchanges as needed
  • Assist General Manager with product ordering, including planning for future sales and events and stock balancing
  • Cleaning and certifying merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
  • Answer incoming telephone calls

  • Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and dolling merchandise of 75 - 300 pounds.

All Sales Managers must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Aaron’s Driver Qualification Policy. All Sales Managers must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation. A job performance reference check is also required.

Each Franchise location is individually owned and operated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
