We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for our B2B/SaaS product offerings. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify target accounts, create outreach strategies, and convert inbound/outbound leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential customers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Understand customer pain points, business needs, and map them to our tech/SaaS solutions.
- Maintain a strong daily activity pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly goals for outreach, qualified leads, and pipeline generation.
- Track and record prospecting activities, insights, and conversions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of SDR/Inside Sales experience in Tech, B2B, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation or pipeline development targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and SaaS product selling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach with consistency and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
