Senior AI Software Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our next-generation Agentic AI Platform. The role focuses on strong software engineering expertise in Golang, Python or Java.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI platform components using Golang, Python, or Java/Spring Boot.
- Build LLM-powered agents supporting reasoning, planning, tool use, decision-making, and multi-step workflows.
- Design multi-agent architectures and integrate MCP with enterprise tools and systems.
- Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, internal platforms, and third-party services.
- Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, latency, cost, and quality.
- Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and Python; experience with Java/Spring Boot is preferred.
- Strong experience building scalable, production-grade applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and MCP.
- Experience with AWS
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, version control, and production engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
