With the addition of new client and brand partnerships, the Wireless Account Advisor role has become a key contributor to our ongoing success. In this position, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for both new and existing customers, representing our clients’ wireless products and services with professionalism and care. Wireless Account Advisors focus on building meaningful relationships, guiding customers through the sales process, and delivering tailored solutions that align with individual needs.
Wireless Account Advisor Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to educate them on available wireless products and services, ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and personalized
- Represent the brand during customer meetings, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen awareness and trust
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive measurable results
- Review customer feedback and sales trends to identify opportunities for improved outreach and service enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and performance metrics
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members to help foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Participate in leadership development sessions, team strategy meetings, and ongoing Wireless Account Advisor training to strengthen sales, communication, and leadership skills
Qualifications for the Wireless Account Advisor Role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Leadership or team support experience is a plus
- Prior experience as a Wireless Account Advisor is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated initiative with a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
