About the Role
eShocan is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician – Night Shift to support our automotive manufacturing operations in Warsaw, IN. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our facility.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong experience in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction, who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Inspect and repair facility infrastructure (walls, floors, ceilings)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Construction & Repairs
- Assist with in-house construction projects (framing, drywall, finish work)
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work
Electrical Systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, lighting, and control systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Plumbing & HVAC
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems (water supply and drainage)
- Service HVAC systems to ensure proper heating, cooling, and ventilation
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training
- Document maintenance activities and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certifications in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing are a plus
Experience
- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related trade
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and basic computer skills
Night Shift (details to be discussed during interview)
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
