Job Summary
The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily integrated facilities operations, including Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, Vendor Management, and Workplace Services. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while supporting client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations and ensure service levels are achieved.
- Manage Shipping & Receiving and Housekeeping programs.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and service providers.
- Supervise and develop frontline associates; previous workforce management experience required.
- Ensure compliance with ESFM and client Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
- Drive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) performance, training, and compliance.
- Support financial performance through labor management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Partner with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Build strong client and vendor relationships and resolve operational issues.
- 3 years of operations, facilities, logistics, housekeeping, or workplace services leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing teams and contract service providers.
- Strong knowledge of QA, EHS, HR, and financial management principles.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred.
