*CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENT* 1. Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech & Hearing, or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services, or equivalent. REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS 1) CTC Screenshot of Copy of California Speech Language Pathologist Credential 2) Letter of Introduction 3) Three Letter(s) of Recommendation. A minimum of two referencing your work within the last 12 months and a minimum of two supervisor references on your application. 4) Copy of Transcripts 5) Resume 6) Cover Letter/ Letter of Intent
