Valid California Single Subject in Music or any teaching credential with Subject Matter Authorization in Music required REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS 1) Screenshot of CTC showing a valid Single Subject or Authorization in Music. Certificates are not acceptable. 2) Letter of Introduction 3) Resume 4) Three Letters of Recommendation (minimum two written within the last 12 months) 5) Transcripts
