Purpose:
As an ESCFederal Maintenance Supervisor, it is required to guide and direct the activities of all assigned ESCFederal maintenance employees assigned to the property while being hands on.* This is done to ensure consistent Quality, Profitability and Total Customer Satisfaction. Maintenance Supervisor will support, consult, and inform the General Manager in charge of the assigned shopping center while reporting directly to the ESCFederal Regional Manager. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.*
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide support to all assigned shopping center employees.
Ø Assist with recruitment and development of new and existing employees.
Ø Complete and coordinate the completion of all property work orders.
Ø Provide hands on maintenance tasks as necessary to complete facility maintenance obligations of the property that may include HVAC, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, Electrical & Lighting Repairs, Drywall/Painting, Minor Property Repairs, Litter Control, Pressure Washing, General Cleaning, Restroom Care, etc.
Ø Provide assistance in all tenants related construction, as directed by the General Manager.
Ø Plan and supervise operations for removing ice and snow during winter season, as needed.
Ø Plan and supervise operations for landscaping needs of the shopping center, as needed.
Ø Must be available to work off hours when needed.
Ø Ensure that safety awareness and compliance is adhered to and properly documented in each employee file on site.
Ø Ensure MOS compliance.
Ø Verify that all company policies and procedures are complied with and documented. (No Exceptions)
Ø Attend regular meetings as required by the General Manager.

Shifts: 1:00pm 9:30pm Weekends Are A must.
Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
· 3 years’ experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field required
· Knowledge of methods and techniques used in electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance
· Knowledge of electrical and building codes
· Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform routine or heavy manual tasks depending on the area of assignment

Working Conditions:
- Some exposure to hazards or risks. Heat, noise, dust and dirt, areas requiring environmental controls or access limitations. Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions, sometimes under stress. Work’s hours necessary to maintain facilities in a safe manner including nights and weekends.
Computer Literacy:
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
