- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to identify and qualify leads, understanding each prospect’s unique business needs
- Develop and execute compelling outbound marketing campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels
- Craft precise, tailored messaging for each identified account, addressing their specific challenges and pain points
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously refine our ideal customer profile based on ongoing research and feedback
- Apply a strong grasp of business processes and buyer journeys to inform your outreach and engagement strategies
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to share market insights and optimize lead generation efforts
- Exhibit high energy, self-motivation, effective time management, and resilience in overcoming sales challenges

- Represent Escape at industry events (e.g., BSides, RSA, DEF CON), contributing actively to lead generation and professional brand presence
- Proven experience in sales development, business development, or a related field
- Experience in the cyber/AI field
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team-oriented environment
