Supervisor (Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of an Escape Room in Seattle. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
The Supervisor will work closely with management to support staff performance, maintain operational standards, assist with scheduling and shift coverage, and help ensure an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operational oversight
- Lead and support employees during shifts
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Ensure strong customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with task completion, reporting, and operational follow-through
- Help address in-unit issues and support problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with leadership and staff
- Support weekend and peak-hour operations
- Troubleshooting equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and responsive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively
- Hospitality, entertainment, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
This is a part-time position. Weekend availability is required as part of the role.
Compensation:
$24.00 per hour
