As a Childcare Caregiver, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. ```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide basic care such as feeding, and ensuring proper hygiene
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and learning
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in babysitting, childcare, or related field
- First aid certification is preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs or in theater, sports coaching, or special education is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain order and discipline
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles (if applicable)
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
- High level of patience, empathy, and understanding
