As a Site Director, you'll lead a team, build relationships with children and families, and create a safe, fun, and enriching environment where children thrive every afternoon.

Schedule
Monday-Friday | 12:30 PM-5:50 PM
- Wednesday morning office hours
- Additional flexible time for shopping and monthly staff meetings
- Up to 25-29 hours per week
- No weekends or holidays!
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of an afterschool program
- Supervise, coach, and support childcare staff
- Coordinate activities that promote safe engaging afternoon
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and school staff
- Manage attendance, tuition, program schedule, and records
- Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
- Promote positive behavior and maintain company standards
Qualifications
Required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Florida DCF 40-Hour Child Care Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- Strong leadership, communication, management, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and Level II Background Check (more info at https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
Preferred
- Director Credential
- CPR & First Aid Certification (training provided if needed)
- Training in education, child development, or a related field
- Experience with Procare software
