JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Temporary Irregular- Mobile Services Coordination Technician
FLSA Status: Irregular Part Time
Pay Grade: $22/hr
Work Days: Irregular Part Time as Needed
Reports To: Coordinator
Primary Purpose
To support ESC Region 11 and participating school systems by coordinating mobile dental and mobile vision service events, including planning, communication, logistics, documentation, and compliance tracking to ensure effective and compliant delivery of services to students.
Qualifications
Education/Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college coursework preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with ESC staff and school personnel
- Ability to multitask complex activities and manage multiple site-based events
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to track data, maintain records, and manage documentation for grant compliance
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and word processing software
- Ability to coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders in a remote environment
Experience
- Successful experience in administrative support, event coordination, project coordination, or school/district support services preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Job Requirements
- Coordinate mobile dental and mobile vision service site visits with participating school systems
- Collaborate with school system staff to identify appropriate service locations and schedules
- Communicate with vendors and school systems to confirm logistics, expectations, and timelines
- Ensure vendors complete and submit all required liability documentation for both ESC Region 11 and participating school systems
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, space setup considerations, and service flow
- Support school systems in advertising events and ensuring student sign-ups are completed
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all events to ensure grant compliance
- Track and report the number of students served and services provided
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for all assigned site visits
- Provide regular status updates to the ESC Region 11 Administrative Services Coordinator
- Serve as the liaison between ESC staff, vendors, and school systems to ensure smooth implementation
- Conduct occasional site visits as needed to support or monitor service delivery
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to all stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned

Equipment/Specialized Software Used
Computers, spreadsheets, project management tools, communication platforms, and other software are necessary to coordinate logistics, track data, and maintain documentation.
Working Conditions (Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors)
Mental: Public relations and communication skills required; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; work with frequent interruptions; maintain organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Physical: Prolonged computer use; occasional travel for site visits; ability to move within school sites as needed.
Environmental: Primarily remote/office environment with occasional travel throughout the ESC Region 11 service area.
Evaluation
Annual performance evaluation will be performed in accordance with ESC Region 11 policies. Employment is contingent upon performance, need, and funding.
