Maybe you’re licensed and barely closing. Maybe you’re burning your evenings on cold calls. Maybe you’re paying for leads that go nowhere, or you’re actually good at this and your brokerage just cashes your checks and disappears. If any of that sounds familiar, keep reading.
THIS IS COMMISSION ONLY. No salary, no hourly, no draw. You’re an independent contractor and you get paid when you close. That’s how real estate works, and we’re not going to dress it up. What we will do is make sure you’ve got enough at bat to actually earn.
Here’s what we put behind you.
Leads. Real ones, from national lead sources, routed to agents who live and work in the area. You never pay for them out of pocket. Finish our training and you’re in the rotation.
Training that’s worth your time. We run a program called IDOS, short for Individual Definition of Success. It’s built around what you want out of this business instead of a quota somebody handed you, and it gets you ready to close the opportunities we send over.
A transaction coordinator. Your paperwork goes to somebody else from contract to close. You stay in front of clients, where the money is.
Tools you’ll actually use. Follow Up Boss for your CRM, AI follow-up working your pipeline at 11pm when you’re asleep, RealScout, Fello, a team dashboard, and lead routing.
A team leader who answers the phone. Call me. I’ll pick up.

What you need
- Active Illinois real estate license
- Current member of a local Realtor board with MLS access
- Comfortable working on straight commission as a 1099 independent contractor
- Willing to complete our training before leads get routed to you
- Willing to put in the work
