Security Service Technician II

ESB Security LLC is looking for an experienced Security Service Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and intrusion systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and service security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm)
• Perform system diagnostics and identify issues efficiently
• Work with manufacturers and monitoring companies for system support
• Complete service reports with detailed notes and pictures (before/after)
• Ensure systems are tested and fully operational before leaving site
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in low voltage/security systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills (not just installation)
• Experience with systems like Honeywell, Bosch, Fire-Lite, access control panels, etc.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle may be provided)
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls

Preferred:

• Experience with fire alarm inspections or certifications (NICET is a plus)
• Experience with networking (IP cameras, routers, switches)
• Experience dealing with monitoring stations and programming
