Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced working General working Foreman to lead and oversee General construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in construction and crew supervision. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, manage crew hours , and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will help drive project success, foster team collaboration, and deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee all phases of construction, layout including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site layout planning
- Assist Project Manager with contracts, change orders to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and enforce quality control standards across all work sites
- Responsible for crew hours and work flow
- Responsible for Tool Inventory and needs
Qualifications
- Clean Driving record is an absolute must
- Will be issued crew truck and must be able to make pick ups and deliveries
- Extensive knowledge of construction operations, safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately, or be capable of learning.
- Hands-on experience with construction tools and layout.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate phone.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
