Cable Assembler – Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Fraser, Michigan
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $19.50/hr
Overtime Available When Needed:
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies based on customer specifications and work instructions
- Install connectors, hardware, labels, sleeving, heat shrink, and spot ties
- Perform hand testing and quality checks on completed products
- Use hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, cutters, and heat guns
- Operate presses, wire stripping, and termination equipment
- Cut sleeves and tubing to customer specifications
- Identify parts and labels using part numbers and production instructions
- Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with additional production duties as needed

- Good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to read blueprints or manufacturing instructions is a plus, but training is available
- Ability to read and communicate in English preferred
